I personally carry out series of inspections during all project stages, from well before welding starts all across to its completion, finalised only when the results are properly reported. As part of the quality system, inspection activities are defined in an inspection and test plan, which clearly describes what is required.
Therefore, the inspection purpose is to verify the full compliance of operating procedures with the established drawings and the qualification results.
Production Monitoring consists of a Product Inspection carried out on the spot every single day of your production. Careful examinations of the factory are carried out imposing compliance with related specifications, randomly selecting units to inspect identifying & eliminating defects. Daily reports on the quality and state of progress are provided, allowing the customer to have the whole process under control.
Monitoring of Production ensures the product is homogeneous and meets the customer’s specifications.
IWItech follows the selection of welding procedures used on a project, and ensures that all welders involved are capable of performing the required weld. Final product examinations take place to ensure the weld meets the quality standards of the selected procedure.
Coordination and supervision of welding procedures and personnel, including proper weld sizing, accurate fit-ups, effective weld station design, proper use of welders, elimination of rework and scrap etc..
Expediting – or job progress monitoring – aims to verify that suppliers comply with the requirements of the customer’s order, respecting the terms and conditions and the delivery time.
Final goal is to monitor the progress of the production process by the supplier and the progress of the order, verifying its quality, compliance with the requirements, and compliance with the deadlines set.
By doing so, IWItech ensures that the requested products arrive on time on the sites and with the expected quality content.
Expediting is carried out on several levels: Production control, Quality control, Packaging and shipping control, Project management.
Non Destructive Testing used to ensure the safety and reliability of your products, equipment or plant assets with up to 5 methods of NDT inspections: UT, RT, MT, PT, VT.
The results of the investigations carried out by applying these methods are the basis for the assessment of the quality of a product, for the examination of the structural integrity of a component, for diagnosis and research of the causes of machine malfunctions.
Because NDT does not permanently alter the inspected article, nor requires the removal of samples from the structure under examination, it represents a highly valuable technique that can save both money and time in product evaluation, troubleshooting, and research.

Experience in foreign countries throughout Europe, South Korea, Vietnam and China, gaining good levels of human relations and respect of cultural and traditional differences.
The use of common computer systems, writing of test reports, specifications and procedures represent my core activities. Interpretation of technical drawings, application of procedures and/or contractual documents.
Engaged on many occasions to manage and coordinate Teams of 8/12 technicians for up to 6 months working period under my supervision, acting as Witness or Resident on Site.
